A Reminder from CMA that the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Periods according to Article (33) of the Listing Rules will be as follows:

1-   For companies which fiscal year periods end on 31/12/2010, the restriction period starts on 4/12/2010 and ends on the date of publishing the preliminary or final announcement of the company’s annual results.

2-   For companies which fiscal interim periods end on 31/12/2010, the restriction period starts on 18/12/2010 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.

3-   For companies that follow the Hijri Calendar and which fiscal interim periods end on 29/01/1432 H corresponding 4/01/2011 (according to Umm Al-Qura Calendar), the restriction period starts on 16/01/1432 H corresponding 22/12/2010 and ends on the date of publishing the announcement of the company’s interim results.
