Manar Financial Consulting, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was granted by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (1-13-2007) dated on 15/2/1428H, corresponding 5th March 2007, to conduct the securities business of Advising.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Tuesday 24/12/1431H, corresponding to 30/11/2010, in its resolution No.( 2-31-2010 ) to approve the cancellation of authorization for Manar Financial Consulting (MFC).
