Assets Financial house Company, had requested Capital Market Authority to cancel the authorization which was issued by the CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. 2–214-2006 dated on 29/10/1427H, corresponding 20/11/2006, to conduct the securities business of Arranging and Advising.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today, Sunday 22/4/1432H, corresponding to 27/3/2011, the approval for cancellation of the authorization for Assets Financial house Company based on its request.
