The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law and clause (D) of Article (26) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA or announce to the shareholders its initial financial statements for the period closing on 31/12/2010. This was within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the end of the financial period covered by those statements.
