The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 50.000 ( Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on AlAhli Takaful Company due to it’s violation of sub- clause (9) of clause (b) of Article (27) of the Listing Rules.
The Board of Directors’ report ,attached with the annual financial statements for the fiscal period ended by 31/12/ 2009, does not reflect the company’s policy in profits distribution.
