The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Saudi Telecom Company for violation of sub- clause (11) of clause (b) of Article (27) of the Listing Rules. The Board of Directors’ annual report for the year 2009 does not reflect any interest ,options and subscription rights of the company’s Board members and executives.
