The Capital Market Authority announces imposition of a penalty of SR 100.000 ( One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Methanol Chemicals Company ( CHEMANOL) due to it’s violation of Article (32) of the Listing Rules. It failed to report to the CMA, in a timely manner, the resolution of it’s Board dated 8/2/2010 recommending not to distribute cash dividends for the year 2009.
