Under its Resolution No. (2010-16-9), the CMA Board of Commissioners issued on today, Tuesday 18/06/1431H corresponding to 1st June 2010, its decision to revoke the license granted to Praxity Financial Consulting Company for conducting Arranging and Advising securities businesses that was issued pursuant to Resolution No. (5-41-2008) dated 01/01/1430H, corresponding to 29th December 2008, due to non-compliance with the conditional requirements for commencement of business within the stipulated period.
