The CMA has approved Kingdom Holding Company request to reduce its capital from SR (63,000,000,000) to SR (37,058,823,000), and thus reduce the number of shares from (6,300,000,000) shares to (3,705,882,300) shares. This approval is conditional to the company’s extraordinary general assembly approval and completion of the necessary procedures in relation to the applicable regulations.
