Amending the Business Profile of Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today Sunday 24/1/1431H corresponding to 10 January 2010 its decision to amend the Business Profile of Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House by canceling Dealing as Agent Activity as per the Company’s request. Thereafter, Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal & Underwriter, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody in the Securities Business
