Tarteeb Company for Securities Business had requested CMA to cancel the authorisation which was issued by CMA Board of Commissioners under Resolution no. (4-41-2008) on 01/01/1430H corresponding to 29th December, 2008 to conduct securities business of Arranging and Advising.

Based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree no. (M/30) on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorised Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners via its Resolution No. 1-83-2005 on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28th June 2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued today Sunday 28/03/1431H corresponding to 14th March, 2010 the approval for cancellation of the authorization for Tarteeb Company for Securities Business based on its request.
