(7-29-2008) on 24/8/1429 H corresponding to 25th August, 2008 to conduct securities business of Managing and Custody. ِBased on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) on 2/6/1424H, and the Authorised Persons Regulations issued by CMA Board of Commissioners via its Resolution No. 1-83-2005 on 21/5/1426H corresponding to 28th June 2005, the CMA Board of Commissioners issued on Sunday, 14/03/1431H corresponding to 28th February, 2010 the approval of cancellation of the authorization for Jarir Capital Company based on its request.
