CMA approved National Industrialization Co. request to increase its capital through issuance of bonus shares

The CMA has approved National Industrialization Co. request to increase its capital from SR 4,606,846,860 to SR 5,067,531,546 through issuing one bonus share for every existing ten shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the closing of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day. Such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SR 460,684,686 from the Premium to the company`s capital. Consequently, increasing company`s outstanding shares from 460,684,686 shares to 506,753,155 shares, by an increase of 46,068,469 shares. The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register at the close of trading on the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the company`s board, provided that the holding date does not exceed six months from the date of this approval.
