Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces its approval to the amendment of the Business Profile requested by KKR Saudi Limited, to be authorized to conduct Arranging, Managing Investments and Operating Funds activities in the Securities Business.
