Reference to CMA's announcement on 19/04/1444H (corresponding to 13/11/2022G) regarding its resolution on the continuation of suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company (“The Company") based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) Dated 02/06/1424H and the sub-clause (13) of paragraph (a) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules; due to the company's announcement dated 19/04/1444H (corresponding to 13/11/2022G) on submitting an application with the court for commencing a financial restructuring procedure.

And since the Company announced on 18/11/1444H (corresponding to 07/06/2023G) about the court ruling to commence the financial restructuring procedure of the company. And based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) Dated 02/06/1424H and the sub-clause (4) of paragraph (b) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules, the CMA has issued its resolution to lift the Authority's suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company, taking into account the applied procedures of suspending the trading of the listed securities in accordance to the Listing Rules, and the paragraph (c) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules.
