Reference to the Saudi Cable Company's announcement on 19/04/1444H (corresponding to 13/11/2022G) about its application for the opening of the financial restructuring procedure.
And based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) Dated 02/06/1424H and the sub-clause (13) of paragraph (a) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules, the CMA has issued its resolution to continue the suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company.
