With reference to the CMA announcement on 22/02/1443H corresponding to 29/09/2021G in relation to approving Jahez International Company for Information and Technology "the Company" application for the offering of (1,363,934) shares representing (13%) of the Company's share capital in the parallel market. The CMA would like to announce its approval on the company’s request of increasing the number of shares to be offered in the parallel market to (1,888,523) shares representing (18%) of the Company's share capital.
