Revoking the License of Value Capital

​In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, The Board of Commissioners of the Capital Market Authority issued its resolution to revoke the license granted to Value Capital to conduct Managing Private Non-Real-Estate Investment Funds, Managing Sophisticated Investor Portfolios, Arranging, and Advising activities in Securities Business, due to non-compliance with the requirements of commencement of business within the regulatory timeframe.
