Addendum announcement from the Capital Market Authority with respect to the Approval on the Initial Public Offering of Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company's Shares

​With reference to the CMA announcement on 28/04/1441H corresponding to 25/12/2019G in relation to approving Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company's ("the Company") application for the offering of 27,180,000 shares representing (30%) of the Company's share capital. The CMA would like to announce its approval on the company’s request of extending the CMA's approval for offering and listing of the Company's shares to 24/11/1441H corresponding to 15/07/2020G.
