The CMA has approved the amendment of the Business Profile of Bayt Alnomow Capital Company by adding the activities of Private Non-Real-Estate Investment Funds Management, Arranging, and Advising. Bayt Alnomow Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Private Non-Real-Estate Investment Funds Management, Sophisticated Investor Portfolios Management, Arranging, and Advising activities in the securities business.
