Al-Khodari Co. duo to its two violations of paragraph (c) of Article (64) of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations. The company has failed to disclose its interim financial statements for the period ending on 30-06-2018 and the period ending on 30-09-2018 within the specified timeframe.
