​Derayah Financial Corporation Company has requested the approval to amend its business profile by adding Underwriter and Arranging activities. 

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today it's resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of  Derayah Financial Corporation Company by adding Underwriter and Arranging activities.  Derayah Financial Corporation Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, Agent, and Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Managing Client Portfolios, Arranging, Advising and Custody activities in the securities business.
