​In reference to Saudi Cable Company's announcement on 26/2/2018 regarding the interim financial results for the period ending on 30/9/2017, due to the specified period to announce the annual financial results for the year ending on 31/12/2017 is about to end, and based on the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations, and in order to protect investors, maintain a stable market. The CMA board issued its resolution to continue the suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company until the company announces its annual financial results for the year ending on 31/12/2017. The CMA will then accordingly look into continuing the suspension of trading the shares of the company or not.
