The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today its resolution to approve the amendment of the Business Profile of GIB Capital Company by adding Dealing as Agent activity. GIB Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, Agent and Underwriter, Managing Investment Funds, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Arranging, Advising and Custody activities.
