The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of  Adeem Financial Company by Adding dealing as a principal, arranging, and advising activities.  Adeem Financial Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as a Principal,  Managing Investment Funds, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Arranging, Advising, and Custody activities.
