The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of SR 30,000 Thirty Thousand Riyals on Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. due to its violation of paragraph (A) of Article (14) of Corporate Governance Regulations, as it failed set up an audit committee its members are not less than three excluding executive board members, the company hasn’t set the committee since 16/12/2015 until this date.
