​The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of (50,000) Fifty Thousand Saudi Riyals on Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. due to its violation of paragraph (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and paragraph (A) and subparagraph (6) of paragraph (B) of Article (41) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to disclose to CMA and the public about the upheld of the administrative court of appeal on 25/11/1436H corresponding to 09/09/2015 to the ruling issued from the Administrative Court in Dammam to oblige the company to pay (13,918,000) Saudi Riyals to King Fahad Causeway Authority . It was later announced on 25/10/2015.
