Imposition of a Fine on Qassim Agricultural Co.

​The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a fine of SR 120,000 (One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Qassim Agricultural Co. due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (46) of the Capital Market Law and clause (A) of Article (41) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA and the public about:

  1. The lawsuit filed before the General Court regarding the collection of accounts receivable on Al bandiriya Group for the company.
  2. The lawsuit filed before the General Court on 04/04/2014 which included  the lack of jurisdiction to consider the lawsuit until 15/03/2015.
  3. File a lawsuit before the Administrative Court ( Board of Grievances)on 08/03/2015 until 15/03/2015.
