"Budget Saudi" due to its violation of clause (C) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law as the news about the 2014 Net Profit increase, the 2014 dividends distribution, and the company's capital increase through issuing shares were leaked on Twitter in 19/01/2015 before providing CMA with such information.
