Announcement by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on the Suspension of Trading in Saudi Research and Marketing Group Shares

​The CMA Board issued its decision today to suspend trading in the shares of Saudi Research and Marketing Group as of today Thursday, 16/01/1437H corresponding to 29/10/2015. This suspension is pending a disclosure of material information that might occur in the ownership of major shareholders
