​In reference to the CMA’s announcement dated 21/08/1436H corresponding to 08/06/2015 regarding the suspension of trading the shares of Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) in The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from Tuesday 22/08/1436H corresponding to 09/06/2015 until the company discloses the financial impact on its financial statements, in light of the observations that had been submitted to the company.

And since the company disclosed the financial impact on its financial statements on The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 10/09/1436H corresponding to 27/06/2015.

And as the company’s disclosure included that they will reissue the restated consolidated financial statements for the year 2014 and the restated consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2015. And based on the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations, the CMA’s Board of Commissioners issued its resolution dated 12/09/1436H corresponding to 29/06/2015 to continue the suspension of trading of Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) shares in The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) until the company reissues the restated consolidated financial statements for the year 2014 and the restated consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2015, and publishes the restated financial statements on The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website.
