The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of Malaz Capital Company by adding its Dealing as Principal activity. Malaz Capital Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, Managing Investment Funds, Arranging, Advising and Custody activities.
