​The Capital Market Authority previously announced a resolution on 23/06/1436H corresponding to 12/04/2015 to continue the suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable company on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) until the company announces its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2014 and the preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 31/03/2015.

Since the company announced on 02/07/1436H corresponding to 21/04/2015 its preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 31/03/2015, CMA announces lifting the suspension of trading the shares of the company starting from Sunday  07/07/1436H corresponding to 26/04/2015.
