​In reference to CMA’s announcement on 06/05/1436H corresponding to 25/02/2015 regarding the suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company and since the company did not announce its annual financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 31/12/2014 and the specified period to announce the preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 31/03/2015 is about to end, based on the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations the CMA Board issued its resolution to continue the suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Company until the company announces its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2014 and the preliminary financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 31/03/2015.

The CMA will accordingly look into continuing the suspension of trading the shares of the company or not.
