The CMA Board of Commissioners issued its resolution rejecting the offer, by Tharwat For Financial Securities Company, of “Tharwat Fund for Real Estate Opportunities" for failing to satisfy the authorization requirements contained in the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations (REIFR).
