Imposition of a Penalty on Saudi Airlines Catering Company

The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of  SR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Saudi Airlines Catering Company due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (40) of the Listing Rules as well as sub-clause (5) of clause (B) of clause (1) of of the Instructions for Companies’ Announcements Related to General Assemblies from the Instructions for the Announcements of Listed Companies in the Saudi Stock Exchange. The company did not explain all the details related to the approval of the contracts and businesses from the ordinary general assembly’s agenda that a member of the board of directors has a direct or indirect interest in.
