CMA previously announced a resolution on 30/10/2014 to suspend trading the shares of Etihad Etisalat Co (Mobily) on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from 9/01/1436H corresponding to 02/11/2014 for failing to announce its Interim financial results for the fiscal period ending on 30/09/2014 within the specified period.
On 03/11/2014, the company announced its Interim financial results for the fiscal period ending on 30/09/2014. Therefore, CMA announces the lift of the suspension starting from Tuesday 11/01/1436H corresponding to 04/11/2014.
CMA also emphasizes that it began to take the necessary measures to verify if there are any other violations to the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations by the company.
