Imposition of a penalty on on Northern Region Cement Company

The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Northern Region Cement Company due to its violation of clause (B) of Article (40) of the Listing Rules. The company was late in informing the public that its ordinary general assembly meeting was not convened. The company only announced it at (09:41:16) on 09/03/2014 G.
