The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for SEDCO Capital Company.

SEDCO Capital Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 200,000,000.

The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 50,000,000 to SAR 200,000,000.
