The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request of Jadwa Investment

Jadwa Investment Company had requested the approval to increase its capital from 568,490,000 SAR to 852,735,000 SAR through capitalizing part of its retained earnings.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to increase its capital from 568,490,000 SAR to 852,735,000 SAR.
