Emirates NBD Capital KSA LLC had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to increase its capital from SAR 75,000,000 to SAR 80,000,000.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to increase its capital from SAR 75,000,000 to SAR 80,000,000.
