The Capital Market Authority approves the capital decrease request for Muscat Capital LLC

Muscat Capital LLC had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to decrease its capital from SAR 100,000,000 to SAR 60,000,000.
The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the Company’s request to decrease its capital from SAR 100,000,000 to SAR 60,000,000.
