The CMA Board of Commissioners issued a resolution approving the amendment of the Business Profile of Blominvest Saudi Arabia Company by cancelling Dealing as Agent in international markets activity. Blominvest Saudi Arabia Company is now authorized to conduct Dealing as Principal, Underwriting, Managing, Arranging, Advising and Custody activities.
