The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Company due to its violation of clause (C) of the General Instructions that must be taken into Account by Companies when Publishing its Announcements and clause (A) of the Instructions for Companies’ Announcements about the Lawsuits if the subject of the suit is equal to or more than (%5) of  the company’s net assets from the  Instructions for the Announcements of Listed Companies in the Saudi Stock Exchange. The company did not include the necessary information in the subject of its announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website on 10/03/2013 in regard to the lawsuit against it by another company.
