The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals) on United Cooperative Assurance Co.due to its violation of clause (A) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law and clause (E) of Article (42) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA or announce to the shareholders its annual financial statements for the period closing on 31/12/2012 within a period not exceeding Forty days from the end of the financial period covered by those statements.
