The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals) on Alkhaleej Training and Education Company due to its violation of clause (B) of Article (40) and clause (6) of Article (47) of the Listing Rules. The company failed to inform CMA and the public, on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), about calling its shareholders for the extraordinary assembly.
