The Capital Market Authority approves the capital decrease request for Audi Capital Company

Audi Capital Company had requested the approval of Capital Market Authority to decrease its capital from SAR 300,000,000 to SAR 100,000,000.


The CMA Board of Commissioners issued today its resolution to approve the Company’s request to decrease its capital from SAR 300,000,000 to SAR 100,000,000.
