As part of CMA's responsibilities to regulate and monitor the work and activities of entities that fall under CMA's supervision including registered persons, and based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree number M/30 Dated 2/6/1424H, the CMA's Board of Commissioners issued its resolution number (1-1-2013) dated 1/3/1434H corresponding to 13/01/2013G, to amend Article (25) of the Authorised Persons Regulations by adding paragraph (e) which states the following: "The Authority shall have the power to cancel the registration of a registered person if the registered person violates any provision of the Capital Market Law or its Implementing Regulations."
