Based on CMA's Board of Commissioners Resolution No. 1-36-2012 to amend Article (50) of the Listing Rules which regulates Board of Directors and Senior Executives’ trading and in regard to CMA’s announcement of the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Period on 15/10/2012, The Capital Market Authority announces the Board of Directors and Senior Executives Trading Restriction Periods are as the following:

1. For companies which their fiscal interim period ends on 31/12/2012, the restriction period starts on 17/12/2012 and ends on the date of announcing and publishing the preliminary financial statements after assessing the company.
2. For companies which their fiscal year period ends on 31/12/2012, the restriction period starts on 2/12/2012 and ends on the date of announcing and publishing the company’s annual financial statements.
