The CMA announces issuance of CMA Board decision regarding imposing a penalty of SR (100.000) on Zain KSA for violation of clause (c) of the instructions governing the companies announcements about the general assemblies. The company, in it’s announcement placed on Tadawul website dated 5/7/2012 concerning it’s extraordinary general assembly approval to decrease and increase the company’s capital ,failed to abide by the above mentioned instructions.
